Platform Errors and Rate Limits

The following error codes are returned by the platform layer and are not specific to any endpoint.

HTTP Status	Business Code	Description
429	RATE_LIMITED	The request hit a rate limit
500	INTERNAL_ERROR	Internal server error

Rate Limit Rules

• 429 RATE_LIMITED must include Retry-After
• Retry-After is in seconds
• Clients should not ignore Retry-After
