API Service Policy

Free Service Commitment

While this policy remains in effect, basic API service is provided at no additional charge as a companion capability for products explicitly supporting WLTE OpenAPI.

For products already purchased and granted access to WLTE OpenAPI, future pricing-policy changes will not retroactively charge fees for basic API service.

Basic API service means the standard interfaces and event capabilities made available for that product. It excludes separately identified value-added services, expanded quotas, dedicated deployments, or dedicated support. Usage remains subject to applicable permissions, rate limits, and security rules.

Future Services

WLTE OpenAPI may introduce new pricing for:

• New products sold after a policy change takes effect
• Optional value-added services
• Expanded quotas beyond the basic service scope
• Dedicated deployments, support, or other advanced services

New pricing applies only to the products or services explicitly identified after it takes effect. It does not change the existing basic API service entitlement of products already sold.

Usage Boundaries

Free service does not mean unlimited usage. Every API Client remains subject to:

• Permissions & Security
• REST API Rate Limits and Retries
• WebSocket Rate Limits and Retries
• Platform security and fair-use requirements
